You do realize that if a pregnant woman or a mother with very young children showed up on the platform of any of the concentration camps, she and her children were sent off to the gas chambers without a second glance, right?

If a woman was not showing upon selection and was able to hide the pregnancy, she was sent to the gas chambers as soon as she started showing.

Often times, pregnant women were beaten, raped, and used for vivisection. If a woman was able to deliver her baby, the babies were lit on fire. Many other officers in the camps stated that the newborns were murdered via starvation (apparently Mengele’s preferred method), drowning, or a dose of a lethal productx.

If the women weren’t sent off to the gas chambers right away, they were beaten, experimented on, or burned alive.

Dr. Perl was appointed as the gynecologist at Auschwitz. She was required to tell Dr. Mengele of the pregnant women she saw, and they were later rounded up and sent off to death. If they weren’t murdered right away, the pregnant women and their fetuses, dead or alive, were used in experiments.

When Perl found out Mengele wasn’t helping pregnant women like he said and was instead experimenting on them, she began performing the abortions.

She was provided with no anesthesia or medicine. She needed to perform two types of operations the most: abortion, and corrective surgery to inmates’ breasts caused by the SS. For fuck’s sake, she used her bare hands to perform abortions.

Dr. Perl was pro-life. Abortion was against everything she believed in. But don’t you dare say she went about this the wrong way. It’s said she helped terminate roughly 3,000 pregnancies. That’s 3,000 inmates that would have been murdered, and 3,000 pregnancies ended along with the mother.

She saved thousands of lives.

They should have had their babies anyway even though it most likely meant death for the babies as well as the mothers just because some rigid fucking ideologue 70 years later who has the luxury of never being in that situation would fucking think harshly of them? Are you fucking kidding me? You are a disgusting human being. You’re not “pro-life”, you’re anti-fucking reality. How fucking dare you to tell anyone who was forced to take extreme measures to survive that they didn’t do it “morally” enough for your high horse standards. You cannot put arbitrary beliefs over human lives, that’s not very fucking “pro” life of you at all. Living through a goddamn Holocaust is “very tough and one can certainly sympathize” only to then pass judgement. Fuck you forever.
