An issue that really shouldn’t be partisan.

I asked my dad when I was home when he was going on about how much he hates people doing anything for the environment, why. Why does it bother him? How does he expect to live if the planets destroyed? It’s not like he can go anywhere else. He said, “Eh, by the time that happens I’ll be dead so I won’t care.” I said but it will effect me. It could effect any grandchildren you have. As long as you’re already dead and don’t have to deal with it though that’s ok? He replied, “Pretty much”. So that’s the conservative mindset. Fuck it, I’ll be dead. In the meantime, let me get mine.
